RESPONSIBILITY

QH Plus is always care on Human Resource – the most important assets of the company. 

• We commit to maximize the safety in all our activities. We strictly apply control procedure in order to minimize risks that might effect employees’ health and property damage.
• Apply health and safety management system in accordance with International Standard and current regulations in Vietnam.
• Commit to comply with Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention, Natural Disaster Prevention,  periodically inspect fire protection equipment and practice fire drill in order to minimize the risk of fire and property damage together with improving incident response ability among employees

ACTION

• Establish and maintain safety goals, identify risks related to health and safety in all Departments. This task involves both the company and the employees.
• Check policy compliance at all levels, from the management to the employees.
• Regularly perform internal audits, continuously check the procedure in order to maintain and improve safety management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• All our activities related to the environment protection in accordance with our slogan “Building a Safe Life”
• Commit to comply with legal requirements and health and safety regulations.
• Periodically organize health check, 24/24 accident insurance, health insurance for all the employees.
• Our target is “NO ACCIDENT” with the thinking "THINK SAFE, DO IT SAFE" and "GO HOME SAFELY EVERY DAY".
